1. Happy Horizons Trust accepts only monetary donations. If you wish to make a donation of any intangible assets, please contact info@happyhorizons.org.
2. Third-party fees, including, without limitation, payment gateway transaction fees, bank transfer fees, will be deducted from any donation to be transferred.
3. Happy Horizons Trust utilizes the fund donated for the multiple projects as per the need basis.
4. By donating to Happy Horizons Trust, you acknowledge that you understand the risks inherent to any donation, and agree to indemnify, defend, and hold Happy Horizons Trust harmless from and against any and all claims by your related to the use of any funds donated to the Trust.
5. By donating to Happy Horizons Trust online, you agree that you are making a donation out of your own funds, and are not in any way, using our online portal, to effect a transaction, which is in contravention or in violation of local laws and regulations.
6. If you receive an electronic receipt for your donation but would like to receive a paper receipt, please contact info@happyhorizons.org.
7. Tax exemption: All donations to Happy Horizons Trust are exempt under section 80G of Income Tax Act. You will receive your Tax exemption certificate within 30 days of making an online donation due to the process involved in the transfer of funds from the payment gateway.

1. We do not accept anonymous donations. However, if you would like your name to be anonymous, please contact us at info@happyhorizons.org. We shall not reveal any details, except when it may be required under the process of law.
2. We take utmost precautions with your data, we will never share your information. We also do not store any sensitive information like your credit card or bank details.
3. We collect Personal Information from you only when you voluntarily provide it to us – for example, in contacting us through the Site, answering surveys and polls, awareness campaigns, signing up for email updates and announcements concerning our projects and social programmes.

Any request for cancellations and refund of online donations once duly placed on the website, shall not be entertained under any circumstances. No cash or refund of money will be allowed after completing the online donation as it is an extremely cumbersome process. We, therefore, request you to be sure before you donate.
